Results from the X Games men's skiing slopestyle qualifications - TJ Schiller just makes the final

11 March 2010 11:48

The Winter X Games slopestyle course has been tweaked and the male skiers had picture postcard perfect conditions for their qualifying round this morning.

tignes Of the 19 skiers lining up only eight could go through to Friday's final, and it was surprising that Sammy Carlson (USA) wasn't one of them. He lost a ski while doing a switch 9, and was out.

Throughout qualifying it was very closely fought between Bobby Brown (USA), Henrik Harlaut (SWE) and Tom Wallisch (USA), but in the end it was the Brown-ster who won out. Wallisch qualified second, with Elias Ambuhl (SUI) taking third.

The remaining qualifiers, from 4th to 8th, are: Henrik Harlaut, Jossi Wells (NZ), Andreas Hatveit (NOR), Alex Schlopy (USA) and TJ Schiller (USA).
