With the wind dropping mid morning everyone flocked to the Saddle and made the hike to the summit, being rewarded with some classic TC fresh lines.

Now, with the colder temperatures over night, this fresh snow will be starting to mix and bond with the old snow which will set the resort up for some fantastic winter conditions. The resort is now set up, with a nice covering to help carry these conditions right through until the end of spring.
What to get up to in Treble Cone The Pump Mini Mountain event this Saturday invites young skiers and boarders to try their legs in a freeride Big Mountain event. It's a mentored weekend aimed at teaching skills, safety and etiquette around competitions like this. It's open to kids 13 years and under as of 1 Jan 2011. The full weekend is Saturday with four hours of coaching and Sunday two Big Mountain runs followed by prize-giving on the plaza.
