The Scottish Ski & Snowboard Show is set to take place from Saturday 15th to Sunday 16th October at the Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre (SECC) in Glasgow.

Plenty to do
Now, unlike the London event, the Scottish version is the country’s only snowsports exhibition so it should be set to be a huge one!

There really is everything you could need to prepare you for the winter season. There will be a lot of events that are following on from the success of last year’s event, but this year’s schedule will also be packed full of new ideas.

Freestyle
Now what else is on offer? Well, you are in luck my friend. After you have bagged yourself a brand new board and decided where you are going to be riding this winter you can kick back and watch the Freestyle Jumps Show. The show looks set to be packed full of entertainment, with professionals from around the world battling it out on the freestyle jumps arena, pulling stunts to earn the title of Scotland's Freestyle Champion.

Legendary Ski Jumper Eddie “The Eagle” Edwards will also be at the event talking about his experiences as a winter Olympics icon. And, after you have seen some awesome freestyle riding on the slopes you can head to the Après Ski Bar for some music and drinks to get you back into that Alpine mood.

Oh and one last thing, there will also be the opportunity for you to find your perfect job for next winter if you head over to the Job Fair, where you can get interview tips and see all of the latest jobs on offer.
