Snoop Dogg cancels festival headline setUS hippity hop star Snoop Dogg, (formerly Snoop Doggy Dog) has cancelled his set at the forthcoming Snowbombing Festival in Austria.

Replacement to be announced shortly
The West Coast rapper and close chum to Dr Dre was set to headline the festival in the Alpine town of Mayrhofen but has had to cancel.

The reasons for his cancellation are still unknown, however a statement released from the festival said: "We are extremely disappointed but we are now working around the clock to replace him. We will have an update for you soon."

Though the Snoopster won’t be in attendance, other acts who will be performing include The Vaccines, Example, DJ Shadow, Jungle Brothers as well as the Fatboy Slim Street Party and DJs including Chase and Status, Zane Lowe and Skream.

The festival runs from 9-14th April and is sure to be awesome even without the ‘Doggystyle’ star.
